1st Annual Maine Colorectal Cancer Stakeholder Meeting

Registration
We are very pleased to announce that the Maine Colorectal Cancer Control Program (MCRCCP) will be holding its first Stakeholder’s Meeting on September 15, 2010 at the Senator Inn in Augusta from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

This program is offered by the Maine Comprehensive Cancer Control Program, Maine CDC, in partnership with Medical Care Development.

Please join us for presentations on the description and structure of the MCRCCP, evaluation findings from the program start-up, and an update on public outreach and community education efforts. This meeting will also provide the opportunity for networking and collaborative discussions among health system partners, Healthy Maine Partnerships, and other key stakeholders.

There is no cost to attend, however, registration is limited.

Instructions: Pre-registration is required and includes lunch and materials. Registrations will be confirmed by email and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the cutoff date or until full. For registration questions, please use the contact info on the left hand side.

Driving Directions:

From the North: Take I-95 south to Exit 109A. Bear right off the exit onto Western Avenue. The Senator Inn will be immediately on your right.

From the South: Take I-95 North. In South Portland, take Exit 6A for I-295 North. Follow I-295 through Portland until it once again becomes I-95, just past Falmouth. Continue North for approximately 50 miles. After the Gardiner toll booth, go 7 miles to Exit 109 in Augusta. Bear right off the exit onto Western Avenue. The Senator Inn is immediately on your right.
